Tomorrow I am starting this pledge with this girl. Week one's challenge is two fruits and/or two vegetables at each meal. Breakfast will be the hardest for me since my breakfast usually consists of two cups of coffee and absolutely no fruits and no vegetables. :) So glad I borrowed Mom's juicer so I can sneak carrots and apples into a drink I can sip on the go. I'll let you know how it goes!
Strawberry/banana or strawberry/pineapple smoothies are awesome. You'll be fine.
