Brian and I are big into bargain shopping and getting generic, store-brand stuff- most of the time. But there are times when only that certain brand or product will do. There are also some things that as a mom I have come to appreciate and would do a commercial for in a heartbeat if asked. Some of those things. . .
Sesame Street- by far the BEST children's show on the planet. Fun, educational, creative, and relevant. And kids LOVE it. So do I. (Ernie of Bert and Ernie is my personal favorite character.) :)
PBS Kids is better than Disney Channel by a LONG shot.
Schoolhouse Rock- you can't get any more educational and fun than that.
Yoplait Light yogurt in the flavor "Pineapple Upside Down Cake". Cannot be topped.
Minute Maid's new Pomegranate Blueberry juice. Delicious. There is not a generic brand of this juice.
Cracker Barrell sharp cheddar cheese. Amazing stuff.
Juice Plus vitamins. The kids and Brian and I get our daily dose of fruits and vegetables, whether we eat carrots or not. Love it!
Magazines- Family Fun and Highlights. Family Fun for me (loads of educational ideas and new products); Highlights for the kids (it's a lot like Sesame Street but in a readable form).
Bath and Body Works- both the Exotic Coconut and the Midnight Pomegranate. YUM!!!!!
Loreal Kids shampoos- especially the Strawberry Mango Smoothie 2-in-1 Tear Free shampoo and conditioner.
Anything by Brain Quest. Their workbooks are challenging and fun. GREAT for homeschooling.
