"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is His reward. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them." -Psalm 127:3-5

Working Out
I'm working out three days a week now. This is quite a change for me. I've had an obsession with working out and being fit for 16 years. I started doing aerobics and running when I was 14 and got my first gym membership when I turned 16. I've had a membership somewhere ever since. At one point I was working out with a trainer 6 days a week and had a membership to three different gyms! No joke!! When I say obsession, I really mean it! I spent years being obsessed over the number on the scale and on the tag of my jeans, the numbers of calories and fat in everything I ate. But God is slowly getting me over it. :) He's changing my heart, which means changing my desires and all that drives me. I just realized the other day that my priorities had begun to make a major shift. I think in the right direction. :) He's also giving me greater purpose than just being thin. Raising daughters, creating a home, being a helpmate to a wonderful man- those things have nothing to do with my size. It's really freeing to me. Just thought I would share that. :)
